The Adult Learner Experience Professional Dashboard (ALEX PD)
Upload a CSV in long form (one row per subject credit earned; optional age or birth date) or wide form (one row per student, one column per program line, cell = credits still needed). Column rules follow your program design for this session. Credits and CASAS / writing data can come from separate files as long as they share the same learner ID column (for example Customer ID or Student ID). Use the same learner ID values as in your credits file (any row shape: one row per learner or repeated IDs). This file does not replace credits; it only fills assessment fields on the dashboard. Upload credits first, then this file.
Column headers are matched flexibly (case-insensitive). The wide template may include one sample learner row—remove it before upload if you do not want that row in the dashboard. Optional columns such as CASAS Reading, CASAS Math, CASAS Test Date, Writing Sample Score, Writing Sample Text, and related writing headers are picked up for each learner when present—either in the main credits CSV or in the optional second upload above (merged by learner ID).
