The Adult Learner Experience Professional Dashboard (ALEX PD)
Define your program credit target, dream pathway target, and each subject line with current and dream requirements. Current requirements must sum to the program target (e.g. 200). A subject with dream requirement 0 still sends earned credits into the dream elective pool (for shortfall coverage). One line must be the aggregate elective (the subject that carries your overall elective requirement, often “Electives”). Start from Load agency default to keep correct core vs elective classification for lines that have a positive dream requirement.

0, credits apply to that line; core vs elective in the dream pathway follows the row data from Load agency default
when you started from defaults.

Aggregate
Select exactly one row: the subject line that carries your overall elective requirement on the
current and dream pathways (often Electives). The dashboard rolls elective pool math through that line.

Downloads the default 200-credit subject list (same as Load agency default), columns Student ID, Subject, Credits Earned, with sample rows for DEMO-001 and DEMO-002. Replace ids and credits or add rows; format matches the upload screen.
